1. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation, security, availability, or integrity.

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, servers, networks, or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the website or related infrastructure
  • Use the website to transmit malicious code, spam, or abusive content
  • Copy, scrape, reproduce, or misuse website content without permission
  • Misrepresent your identity, company, authority, or purpose when contacting us

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the website if we believe there is misuse, abuse, security risk, or unlawful activity.

2. Services

Griffin Infra Tech provides technology-related services that may include IT consulting, technical support, infrastructure administration, Linux server support, web services, automation, cybersecurity-related guidance, backup planning, and related business technology services.

Information on this website is provided for general informational and business purposes only. Specific services, pricing, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, limitations, and payment terms must be defined in a separate written agreement, proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service contract between you and Griffin Infra Tech.

Nothing on this website creates a client relationship, service obligation, partnership, employment relationship, or binding engagement unless confirmed in a separate written agreement.

3. Quotes, Proposals, and Engagements

Any quote, proposal, estimate, or service description provided by Griffin Infra Tech is subject to review, acceptance, scope confirmation, and applicable written terms.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Prices are estimates and may change based on scope, complexity, urgency, third-party costs, or client requirements
  • Work begins only after written approval and any required payment, deposit, or onboarding step
  • Client delays, incomplete information, unavailable access, or third-party issues may affect timelines
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote or written approval

4. Client Responsibilities

When requesting or receiving services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have authority to request services for your company, systems, accounts, or infrastructure
  • Providing timely access, credentials, documentation, approvals, and technical information when required
  • Maintaining appropriate backups unless backup services are expressly included in the engagement
  • Reviewing deliverables, recommendations, invoices, and service communications
  • Complying with applicable laws, internal policies, vendor agreements, and security requirements

Griffin Infra Tech is not responsible for delays, failures, losses, or limitations caused by incomplete information, lack of access, third-party systems, unsupported software, client-side misconfiguration, or unauthorized changes made by others.

5. Payments and Billing

Payment terms, fees, currency, taxes, deposits, retainers, recurring charges, and due dates will be defined in the applicable invoice, proposal, agreement, or written communication.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payments are due according to the invoice or service agreement
  • Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension or termination of services
  • Third-party expenses, software licenses, hosting, domains, cloud services, hardware, payment processing fees, or vendor charges may be billed separately
  • Deposits, setup fees, emergency support fees, or custom project fees may be non-refundable once work has started or resources have been allocated

6. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, email providers, domain registrars, cloud services, cybersecurity tools, payment processors, analytics tools, or other vendors.

Griffin Infra Tech is not responsible for the availability, security, pricing, terms, outages, limitations, or decisions of third-party providers.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, licenses, and fees.

7. No Guarantee of Results

We aim to provide professional, reliable, and commercially reasonable services. However, technology environments involve risks, dependencies, and variables outside our control.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted website, server, network, or system availability
  • Complete prevention of cyberattacks, data loss, downtime, malware, unauthorized access, or operational failure
  • Specific financial, business, technical, compliance, security, search engine, or performance results
  • That any recommendation will be suitable for every environment without proper implementation, maintenance, and client cooperation

Cybersecurity, infrastructure, backup, and operational recommendations reduce risk but do not eliminate risk.

We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information and use it only for legitimate business and service purposes.
